Not a single app.
A reviewable portfolio.

MZN is a founder-led AI-native technology portfolio. Its public site is not meant to be read as a normal startup homepage; it is an orientation layer for product, technical, IP, legal, commercial, media, and partner review.

The simplest entry point is Mazzaneh, the Phase 1 AI-commerce MVP. The broader MZN portfolio includes commerce, AI infrastructure, security, evaluation, data systems, and research-oriented technology assets.

The correct question is not whether every asset is finished today. The question is whether the documented portfolio justifies serious Phase 3 review.

Phase 1 was the original Mazzaneh MVP/company operation in Iran. It involved a 27-person execution team, product modules, users, sellers, businesses, transactions, analytics, market testing, and founder-funded capital deployment.

Phase 1 is used as product, market, and execution proof. It is not the Phase 2 solo-formation claim and not the valuation base by itself.

Mazzaneh tested under pressure.

Mohammad chose Shiraz — one of the least digitally receptive cities in Iran. The purpose was to test product behavior under unusually difficult operating conditions.

04 The Decision
Phase boundary,
not retreat.

The product worked. The model was resilient. Iran’s structural limitations were not about the product — they were about the operating environment. There was also an ethical dimension: user data sovereignty could not be guaranteed at scale in that environment.

Phase 1 had produced meaningful product and market evidence. The next step required a different operating environment and a separate Phase 3 path.

After the original Mazzaneh operation, Mohammad entered a bounded solo formation phase. The claim here is specific: one human founder, no human team, no cofounder, no agency, no contractor/advisor stack, no API stack or agent workforce.

The output was a broader documented portfolio across commerce, AI infrastructure, security, evaluation systems, data architectures, and research-oriented technology.

Phase 2 is not claimed as final legal/IP/commercial validation. It is the formation layer prepared for Phase 3 review.

Mohammad Rahimi is the founder, CEO, and chief architect of MZN Company. His role spans product strategy, portfolio architecture, AI-native asset formation, IP documentation, evidence routing, and the Phase 3 partnership/validation roadmap.

His background is mechanical engineering. His Phase 2 contribution is not framed as conventional production coding; it is framed as architecture, product logic, system design, documentation, IP structuring, and AI-native orchestration.
